Eine kleines Lob am Morgen vertreibt Zweifel und Sorgen

Heute kam eine Mail unserer Chefin:

"Pau, Sarah, Mario y Bruno mil felicidades realmente estos mensajes de nuestros huespedes nos llenan de orgullo de contar con personal como ustedes. Sigan adelante con este trato a todos nuestros huéspedes."

"Pau, Sarah, Mario und Bruno, tausend Glueckwuensche, diese Nachrichten unserer Gaeste erfuellen uns wahrhaftig mit Stolz, Personal wie euch zu haben. Behandelt weiterhin unsere Gaeste so."

Grund war die Mail eines Gastes, die uns weitergeleitet wurde:

"Paulina – works the executive floor desk. As you know, she nearly has a photographic memory. It is wonderful to be greeted by name, after a long time between trips. Paulina is always very polite and gracious, and tries hard to do the best by my compadres and me.

Sarah – Much like Paulina. On this latest stay at your hotel, my associate Jim Strawn and I stayed in adjoining rooms – 1811/1814. There were bedbugs in both rooms. I was bitten 44 times, and Jim a similar number. He mentioned this to Sarah, and she quickly and kindly offered to have our laundry all done at hotel expense. This gave us both some peace, after what was undeniably an icky, gross experience. In fact, she called me in my room to suggest the service, and sent someone right away for the clothing.

I’ve seen both Paulina and Sarah respond very gracefully to some of the businessmen on those floors, who seek companionship. I know how my wife and daughters would respond to such advances – it wouldn’t be pretty. Both young ladies carefully and kindly deflect these advances in ways that still amaze me."
